breakfast: scrambled eggs (2), cherry tomatoes, cubed eggplant, garlic, and cotija. picked up a giant vat of coffee on my way to work. had half a peanut butter sandwich, a banana, and a spinach salad for lunch.
dinner: sauteed portobello cap, sprouts, green onions, red onions, sprouts, and cotija in a pita.
i also walked all over creation and went for a run.
